October 27th 2008: Sundown Audio would like to recognize Team Sundown / Team DB Linc Jake Ballard and Mike Singer for their showing at DB Drag World Finals!
Mike Singer won WORLD FINALS in the 149.9 Bass Race Class! Big congrats to Mike Singer!
Jake Ballard broke 160 dB in SS 3-4 in a Lincoln! Very good showing Jake!

October 2nd 2008: The Sundown Audio "Rides" section is now being updated once again and new customer vehicles are being added on a weekly basis! Check back frequently for new photos and videos!
New warranty policies added to the WARRANTY page - effective as of today. We believe that Sundown Audio has the best warranty in the industry for the customer - we are simply clarifying some items explicitly in writing.
June 26th 2008: The Sundown Audio web-site has been totally re-designed to be easier to navigate and full of more useful information for our existing and potential customers!
As always Sundown Audio continues to add new dealers and international distributors. We have added distributors in Puerto Rico and the UK for customers in these countries. The USA dealer Team continues to grow as Sundown's reputation expands across the country. We would like to thank all of our customers for word of mouth advertising!
The Nightshade subwoofer specifications have been added to the site - photos will be available withing several weeks as well. Until then you can feel free to search out forum for user supplied photos.
February 26th 2008: Check the USA dealers page for an important update! dB-r Electronics added as the only authorized source in the USA for refurbished Sundown Audio amplifiers!
The Sundown Audio Nightshade subwoofer is due within a few short weeks! Updated photos and specifications coming to the site at that time.
The SAZ-3000D model is now available with the new, updated heat-sink, click HERE to see photos on our discussion forum! The new heat-sink will be finding it's way to all SAX and SAZ models in the line in the near future. The SAZ-1500D and SAX-100.4 models will get the update in April with the SAX-100.2 following thereafter.
COMING SOON - The Sundown Audio web-site is in the process of being completely re-designed from the ground up. Once the update has been applied look for the "Rides" section to begin receiving regular updates!
January 17th 2008: The SD-1 v.2 10" Woofer is now available from your favorite Sundown Audio dealer. Details about the SD-1 v.2 can be found HERE in the pre-sale thread until the site is updated with the new product page. Feedback on the SD-1 v.2 10" has been exceptionally good, these are true shallow-mount SQ woofers! A 12" version is in development as well, as always watch our forum on SSA for more information as it becomes available.
The Sundown Audio Nightshade SPL subwoofer is on pre-sale until the end of January on our forum HERE. These are serious SPL subwoofers that have shown excellent 3rd party results so far, check out some initial testing posted HERE on our forum. The 15" and 12" versions will be available first in February with 18" and 10" versions in development. No ETA is currently set for the 10" and 18" versions.
As always, Sundown Audio continues to expand. We have added a distributor for Benelux, Emperor Audio of The Netherlands. Customers in The Philippines can now purchase from their new autorized distributor, Phat Audio Sales. Sundown Audio also has a sales rep available in Sweden, Jerry Karlsson, he will be glad to talk to any Swedish customers and answer your Sundown Audio questions. We are looking forward to an exciting 2008 with several product launches coming this year. Many customers are anxiously awaiting the SAX-250.2, which is still being polished and perfected for production -- upgraded crossovers, the new heatsink, and a revised power supply section were all necessary compared to the prototype for this amp to meet Sundown Audio standards. Look for the new heatsink to first appear on the SAZ-3000D towards the end of the month!
